Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Growth Engine provides custom services and may begin work soon after onboarding, refund and cancellation rights should be set out clearly before a client pays. This page summarizes the general process; specific signed agreements and applicable law control.

Draft for business and legal review · Updated October 14, 2026

Before purchasing

Review your selected package, payment schedule, scope, milestones, and any cancellation or refund terms in your written agreement before authorizing payment.

Project work

Refund eligibility for custom project fees depends on the agreement, the work already completed, committed third-party costs, and applicable law. No blanket no-refunds rule is stated here.

Payment plans

Installment schedules and whether future payments remain due after cancellation must be stated in the client agreement. Canceling a project does not automatically cancel an independently authorized payment plan.

Recurring Growth Partner services

Growth Partner is offered at $2,500 one-time setup plus $1,500 monthly, with an initial 90-day engagement, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. A further 10% of attributable new revenue applies as specifically defined in a signed agreement. Cancellation mechanics, the revenue attribution method, and any remaining obligations must be confirmed in that agreement before enrollment.

Reservation deposits

The site currently describes the $197 reservation deposit as refundable and creditable toward a package. The conditions and procedure for requesting a refund should be confirmed in writing before accepting deposits.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact the business through the contact information provided at booking or in your agreement, include your purchase details, and request written confirmation of the next steps.
